A MOVIE LOVER SHARES HER FIRST CINEMA EXPERIENCE STORY

 

Martin Scorcese a director of academy nominated movies described a cinema as an art form which shows revelation, mystery or genuine emotional danger.

The cinema is a place where stories come to life ad emotions are heightened. It has long been a magical abode where dreams and imagination know no bound. For a lot of people, their first cinema experience is unforgettable and cherished.

Meet Elizabeth, a 300 level English Language Student who loves watching movies. Her movie preference cuts across different genres featuring Horror, Romance, Thriller and so on. From different industries like Nollywood, Bollywood and Hollywood.

“I am still filled with excitement of that unforgettable night. I went on a solo date and had been looking forward to it for days”.

“Before settling for the main event, we dropped our tickets and were treated to free popcorn and drinks. The movie itself, Everbody Loves Jennifer, was an absolute delight. I was enthralled.”

“I expected to meet fellow movie buffs. Upon entering the cinema, I was surprised to see Funke Akindele aka Jennifer. She had come to for a meet and greet with her fans since her movie was just released. The atmosphere was magical as people eagerly snapped photos, hugged her and stare in wonder. She is even more beautiful in person”.

That night, the cinema became more than just a place to watch movies for Elizabeth. “As I left the cinema, I knew that I would return, eager to recapture the magical moment”.
